It was evident that she was very knowledgeable of the market in Half Moon Bay, she listened carefully to our needs, wishes and desires, and formulated a plan that we felt very comfortable with. Stephanie is a REALTOR with Integrity, she won't just tell you what you want to hear, she tells you the truth based on actual market conditions. There were no surprises for us, and her market analysis was exactly right on point. Her thoughtful analysis and property preparation plan was followed exactly as she outlined. We didn't want to sell low, but neither too high and miss the market. Within 8 days we had multiple offers over list price.
